For Non-SDFAS students please complete the EMERGENCY HEALTH CARD and SDFAS WAIVER.
Deadline for registration is Friday January 24th 2020. You may register after this date on a space available basis. $50 late registration fee will apply per family on Saturday January 25th, 2020.
Class prices will not be prorated for late registration, except if your child starts school later in the semester.
All payments need to be made to SDFAS, except for the French Conservatory of Music.
No Class on minimum days and during vacation. Make-up dates for canceled classes will be announced by email.
After the first week of ASA, no class changes will be allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. No refund will be made for sick days and/or after the first week of ASA class.
