About This Program:

In our nonstop information age, it’s a challenge for children to stay focused and concentrate on their most important priorities. Their minds can become cluttered with negative thoughts that come from conflicts with other students, challenges with school workloads, and personal struggles at home. While a child may be very intelligent in the classroom or physically gifted on the field, if they struggle to focus and concentrate they will not reach their performance potential.

Thought Lab is an exciting and engaging after school program for children that uses the Captive Thought Interactive game system to help them gain clarity and concentration. Each class session will include a brief engaging warmup, exciting team games, and empowering individual exercises This process is designed to help your child increase their focus, while giving them the tools they need to tackle adversity on their own. In Thought Lab, your children will learn how to:

  1. Identify negative thoughts that clutter their focus.
  2. Reframe their perspective and way of thinking.
  3. Stop their minds from racing.
  4. Recognize thoughts that are outside of their control.

By the end of this course, students will show considerable cognitive improvements, and be better equipped to face the challenges of their daily lives.
